Here's a description of a typical Sigma mixer machine: (1). Mixing Chamber: A horizontal trough-shaped chamber or bowl made of stainless steel or other durable materials. The mixing chamber is equipped with two sigma-shaped mixing blades or kneading blades that rotate on parallel axes. (2). Drive System: A motor and gearbox assembly provide the power to rotate the mixing blades. The drive system may be located above or below the mixing chamber, depending on the design of the machine (3). Control Panel: The machine is equipped with a control panel that allows operators to adjust mixing parameters such as speed, mixing time, and temperature. It may include digital displays. (4). Loading: The materials to be mixed, such as powders, granules, or pastes, are loaded into the mixing chamber. Mixing: The mixing blades rotate in opposite directions, shearing and kneading the materials between them.
